Performance testing proves whether a product actually delivers the strength, stiffness, sealing, torque or fatigue life its drawing claims. Our performance testing service in China executes the test methods specified in your engineering documentation — or designs custom test rigs when no standard fits — and reports the data with full traceability.
Common projects include tensile and compression testing of fasteners and structural components; torque-to-failure and break-loose testing of threaded assemblies; leak and proof-pressure testing of housings, valves and fluid components; sinusoidal and random vibration testing of electronics and assemblies; and high-cycle fatigue / life testing of components subject to repeated loading.
Each test is preceded by a written test plan reviewed with the customer, defining the specimen, fixture, load profile, acceptance criteria and reporting format. Test data is delivered raw (CSV) and as an engineering report with photographs, load-deflection curves and a clear pass/fail verdict.
